Hello

Post by uncleBarry »

I am new to this, well not quite having lurked in the back ground, forum and wish to say Hello. I have been on the Death-Valley forum with the same name.

Welcome to the forum. Just wanted to note that there are 6 new members in two days. You appear tobe #101. I'm pretty new here, still learning about this forum and its members. Glad to see it grow...in membership.

Hi Uncle Barry!
This is Desert Mouse. Nice to see you on the forum! I passed you a couple of months ago on 190 on my way into Saline Valley from PSR. The date was back on April 26th. Do you remember being in the area back then? I was with my boyfriend who was driving his 61 Willys Wagon that day. He saw your Willys truck and thought it looked great! He's looking for one, too. When are you going to be in the DV area next? We are going to the Inyo Salt Tram this weekend.

Welcome Barry.

Nice to see you here. I suspect we will see a number of former lurkers join up since the apparent demise of dv-us.

We look forward to your contributions.

Thanks all for the welcome.

Tracy: That was most likely me. I was in the area on the 26th of April. What color is your boyfriend's Willey?

I am planning to be in the DV area over the 4th weekend.

Hi Uncle Barry. Welcome to the dark side.

I passed you near the Pinnacles back in March after our Spring fling at PSR. Hope to see you out with us again next October if you can make it.

Dark Side? :? I am not sure about that, but thanks for the welcome.

Charlie: At the time I was wondering if that could have been you. I am trying to keep October open in hopes to see you all.
