Good morning all. Picked up my first Jeep a month ago and have only been out in it once and I am loving it! I have ridden dirt bikes for 47 years or so and finally decided to make the switch from 2 wheels to 4, which made my wife VERY happy.

I have ridden my bike in the Slate Range, up and down Pleasant Canyon, South Park Canyon, Goler Wash and others I don't know the names of but that's OK, I was out having fun. I am looking forward to doing more exploring at a much slower pace where I can stop and smell the flowers more often.

Have a good one and see you on the trails??

Welcome Jeff. Don't believe anything a guy named Rubiblue says, period.

Please take a moment to read the forum rules. We're a pretty easy-going bunch, and would love to hear stories of your travels.

Also, consider joining us for Spring Fling. See all the details in the Trip Planning section.

Thanks guys! And just so you know, I don't believe anything I read and half of what I see with my own eyes!

I am looking forward to Saturday and meeting more GG members, I have met a few and they were all very nice.

I have been on a lot of boards so I know the rules and won't be a problem child....well maybe not, but time will tell!

Welcome Jeff. You live in a great area to explore as you already know.
What's this David, you belong to the GG??? Well, I suppose you're down there more than some residents... :beerchug:

I'm actually the treasurer of the GG. How do you think I can afford a Jeep?!?

Jeff should feel right at home. His first day and his first posts and hijacked already!

Ahh man, I'm gonna get all mushy with all of these nice things being said.

Rubiblue, you call this a highjacked thread?? Then you have not been on some of the motorcycling boards, they can get really wild. But then all you have to do is :highjack: bust a cap in em! Bring it on!

I can see I'm gonna like this forum!

See you Saturday.

I don't see any highjacking in this thread... Maybe it needs some bacon...

This place is more like campfire talk. The conversation goes where ever it wants to. When it's something important we get the business out of the way first so the poor soul looking for help get's what they need, and then the thread usually dies a horible death or turns to bacon. Sometimes we even use the Adopt A Thread program for threads that are no longer needed but usefull in a different way. And then there are threads that just have no business staying alive.

:highjack: :jacked: :fire:
